ブラボー・ナインティーンは、エアソフトガンの専門的なサービス、メンテナンス、診断、修理を提供しています。多くのエアソフトショップよりも低コストで迅速な対応を行うことが多いです。エアソフト武器や実銃に関する豊富な経験を活かし、ブラボー・ナインティーンは深い知識と技術を駆使して、お客様の装備が最高のパフォーマンスを発揮できるようにします。定期メンテナンスから複雑な診断や細かい修理まで、ブラボー・ナインティーンは効率的で高品質なソリューションを提供し、迅速に復帰できるようサポートしながらコストを抑えます。
Platform Role
AOJ acts solely as a platform for community members to advertise and offer their independent services related to airsoft and other outdoor activities. AOJ does not provide, manage, or supervise any of the services listed on the platform, and is not responsible for the quality, performance, or outcomes of those services.
Independent Service Providers
All services advertised on the AOJ platform are provided by independent service providers. These individuals are not employees, agents, or representatives of AOJ. The service providers are fully responsible for the services they offer, including the scope of work, pricing, communication, and delivery of services.
No Liability
AOJ is not liable for any issues arising from services provided by independent providers, including but not limited to disputes, delays, unsatisfactory work, damage to equipment, or any other matter related to the service. All agreements, payments, and arrangements are made directly between the customer and the service provider.
Agreements and Contracts
Any agreements, contracts, or terms established between the customer and the service provider are the sole responsibility of those parties. AOJ is not involved in, nor does it endorse, the specific terms or standards agreed upon. It is the responsibility of the customer and the service provider to establish clear expectations before services are rendered.
Pricing and Payments
AOJ can handle payments on behalf of providers, but cannot manage disputes related to the services provided. All pricing, billing, and payment terms must be negotiated directly between the customer and the service provider. AOJ will not intervene in disputes regarding pricing or services rendered.
Service Quality and Disputes
AOJ does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of any services provided by independent service providers. Any disputes or issues regarding the services should be resolved between the customer and the service provider. AOJ will not be responsible for mediating or resolving disputes.
However, if we receive complaints regarding the services offered by a provider, AOJ may decide to stop advertising their service.
Customer Responsibility
By using the AOJ platform to connect with service providers, customers acknowledge that they are responsible for selecting a provider that meets their needs. Customers are encouraged to communicate directly with service providers to verify their qualifications, experience, and reliability before entering into any agreements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AOJ disclaims any liability arising from the use of the platform for arranging or receiving services. AOJ shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the services rendered by independent service providers.
Changes to Terms
AOJ reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of any changes made.
By using AOJ’s platform, you agree to these terms and conditions and understand that AOJ is not responsible for any services provided, agreements made, or payments exchanged between the customer and the independent service provider.
