Assessment Briefing

Every player has a natural operating style

Some players thrive in structured teams with defined roles, coordinated movement and clear command.

Others perform best when adapting fluidly to shifting engagements, changing tempo and exploiting openings as they appear.

Some prefer irregular tactics, working independently, using terrain and creating uncertainty through unpredictable movement.

This assessment is designed to identify your natural battlefield profile.

It does not measure skill level and it does not judge experience. It identifies how you instinctively operate under pressure.

Available Profiles

Three factions. Three operating doctrines.

Your answers will place you into the faction that most closely reflects how you naturally approach pressure, objectives and team operations.

Why This Matters

Random teams create unnecessary friction

Airsoft events can fail when teams are built without considering how players naturally operate.

When personalities clash or playing styles conflict, communication breaks down, tempo collapses and frustration replaces immersion.

The result is often uneven matches and players who feel misplaced within their team.

This assessment exists to prevent that.

01
Better Cohesion Players operate beside teammates who share a compatible rhythm and approach.
02
Stronger Immersion Each faction develops a distinct identity that fits the players assigned to it.
03
Balanced Field Tempo Different operating doctrines create a more varied and competitive game.
04
More Rewarding Gameplay Players are placed where their strengths can contribute rather than conflict with the team.

Before You Begin

Answer according to instinct

The assessment is only effective when your answers reflect how you genuinely behave rather than the faction you think sounds most impressive.

01

Answer Honestly

Select the response that most closely represents your real behaviour during games.

02

Do Not Overthink

Your first instinct is usually a more accurate measure than a heavily analysed answer.

03

Avoid Idealised Answers

Do not select what sounds elite, tactical or impressive. Choose what feels natural.

This is not a skill test

No faction represents a higher ability level. Each faction uses a different doctrine, and every doctrine has strengths and weaknesses.

Faction Assessment

Determine your natural faction

Complete the assessment below. Your answers will be used to identify the battlefield profile that most closely matches your natural operating style.

The objective is correct placement

The goal is simple: place you where you will perform best and enjoy the event most. Your result should reflect your natural rhythm, not the faction name you prefer.
