Operation Shadow Strike II: The Valkyerro Crisis Event Information

1. SITUATION REPORT (SITREP)

The Conflict The Valyerro Valley, a remote border region rich in rare-earth minerals, has collapsed into lawlessness. The local government has dissolved, leaving two primary powers to vie for control:

• The Red Band Militia: Indigenous fighters battling for the sovereignty of their land.
• ブラック・タロン： A corporate-backed paramilitary force hired to secure mining assets.

The Current Status After months of brutal skirmishes, a fragile UN-brokered Ceasefire is currently in effect.

UN Monitoring Group 4 (Taskforce Onyx) has been deployed to the region to enforce the treaty, conduct weapons inspections, and ensure the peace holds. Tensions are high. One spark could reignite the entire war.

Faction Details

Red Band Militia (The Insurgency)

• Background: A determined guerrilla force formed from civilians and defected soldiers. Designated as a terrorist organization despite fighting for their homes.
• Style: Red accessories (scarves, berets, bandanas) are highly encouraged to build unit cohesion.

Black Talon (The Mercenaries)

• Background: A highly disciplined, well-funded Private Military Company (PMC). Composed of former terrorists rebranded as corporate security.
• Style: Fanatical devotion. If wearing mixed dark camo, a Black/Dark Grey tape marker may be assigned by admins.

UN Monitoring Group 4 / Taskforce Onyx

• Background: Elite multinational rapid-reaction force.
• Role: Peacekeeping, treaty enforcement, and high-value asset protection.

3. RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (ROE) & MECHANICS

Ammo & Weapon Restrictions

• Magazines: RealCap / MidCap ONLY.
• Capacity: Maximum 30 rounds per magazine.
• Carriage Limit: No limit on the number of magazines carried.
• High-Caps: Strictly forbidden for riflemen.
• LMGs: Support Gunners are allowed 1 Box Mag.

Reloading: No speed-loaders on the field. You must reload at your designated FOB/Spawn or share magazines with teammates.

SPECIAL RULES: Taskforce Onyx

Due to heavy (5kg+) high-grade body armor and elite training, Taskforce Onyx operates under a unique damage system.

Armor Plate System (2-Hit Vitality)

• Hit 1 (Armor Hit): Operator must kneel and yell “HIT!” They are effectively DOWN (cannot shoot/move).
• Recovery: Must apply a Tourniquet (TQ). Once applied, yell “UP!” and return to the fight.
• Hit 2 (Catastrophic): A hit taken while applying the TQ, or after the TQ is applied, results in Incapacitation (Red Rag).

Sunday Games

Sunday will not have a story but will keep the theme from the event and trial some new games revolved around three team skirmishes and limited to 24 persons.

• Camping is ¥3,000
• Please make sure to bring your own camping gear as we will be unable to provide rentals.
• We will provide consumables such as plates, cups, chopsticks, firewood and charcoal for a shared grill and we will managed the garbage.
