Operation Shadow Strike II drops you into a volatile ceasefire zone where every action matters. Saturday night sets the tone under pressure and low visibility. Sunday decides the outcome.
Situation Report (SITREP)
The Valyerro Valley is a lawless border region rich in rare-earth minerals. With the collapse of the local government, power has fractured into open conflict.
Two dominant forces remain.
The Red Band Militia are indigenous fighters battling to reclaim sovereignty over their homeland. Labeled terrorists by the international community, they are fighting a war they believe is justified.
Black Talon is a corporate-backed paramilitary force contracted to secure mining operations and suppress local resistance. Professional, ruthless, and well-funded.
After months of brutal engagements, a fragile UN-brokered ceasefire is in place.
To enforce it, UN Monitoring Group 4 – Taskforce Onyx has deployed into the valley. Their mission is simple on paper: maintain peace, inspect weapons, and prevent escalation.
In reality, the situation is one bad decision away from total collapse.
Factions & Uniform Requirements
Choose your side carefully. Uniform compliance is mandatory and will be enforced.
| Role | Uniform | Mandatory ID | Player Capacity | |

| Black Talon | Mercinaries | Black / dark colours | None if all in black or dark grey tape on arm | 12 people |
| Task Force | UN Intervention | Full multicam BDU and gear | Standard Taskforce Onyx patches | 8 people |

Rules of Engagement (ROE)
This event is designed for realism and pressure. Expect restrictions. Embrace them.
Magazine rules:
- Real-cap and mid-cap only
- Maximum 30 rounds per magazine
- Unlimited magazines may be carried
- High-cap magazines are strictly forbidden
- Support gunners may carry one box magazine only
Reloading:
- No speed loaders on the field
- Reload only at your designated FOB or spawn
- Magazine sharing between teammates is allowed and encouraged
This will force communication, movement discipline, and real decision-making.
Special Mechanics – Taskforce Onyx Only
Taskforce Onyx operates under a unique damage system to reflect heavy armor and elite training.
Armor Plate System (2-Hit Vitality)
First hit (armor hit):
- The operator must immediately kneel and shout “HIT”.
- They are down and cannot move or shoot.
Recovery:
- Apply a tourniquet. Once complete, shout “UP” and return to combat.
Second hit (catastrophic):
- Any hit taken while applying the tourniquet, or any hit after recovery, results in full incapacitation.
- Use a red rag and await medic or respawn rules.
This system rewards teamwork and punishes recklessness.
Required Equipment for All Participants
All players must bring:
- Real-cap or mid-cap magazines
- Correct clothing and identifiers for your faction
- Red rag (mandatory death marker)
- Radio transceiver if available
Taskforce Onyx only must also bring:
- Plate carrier
- Tourniquet
No exceptions.
Camping & Atmosphere
Overnight camping is optional but strongly recommended. The camp is part of the experience. Expect late-night social activities, a group BBQ and enjoying some drinks with AOJ members.
We will have a BBQ available and campfire as well as Nineteen will drive to a nearby supermarley if anyone wants shopping.
If you want immersion and social activity, camp.
Final Word
Operation Shadow Strike II is built for players who want more than trigger time. This is about decision-making under pressure, unit cohesion, and living inside a conflict that reacts to your actions.
Choose your faction. Follow the rules. Play your role.
The ceasefire is fragile.
See you in the valley.
Get involved!
