Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please review the cancellation, refund and payment requirements before registering for an AOJ event.

50%
8–14 Days Before Eligible cancellations receive a 50% refund.
7D
Within 7 Days Event fees become non-refundable.
10D
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

This policy applies to registrations for Airsoft Online Japan events. By completing an event registration, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation, refund and payment conditions stated below.

Cancellation requests will not be accepted through social media messages, group chats or personal messages sent directly to event organisers. Please submit the cancellation form provided on this page.

Cancellation Timeline

The amount refunded depends on when AOJ receives your valid cancellation request.

Cancellation 8–14 Days Before the Event A valid cancellation submitted during this period is eligible for a partial refund.
50% Refund
0–7
Days
Cancellation Within 7 Days of the Event Event preparations and venue commitments have already been made during this period.
Non-Refundable

Approved Refund Processing Processing time begins after the cancellation request has been reviewed and approved.

Payment Requirements

Event fees must be paid according to the payment deadline and instructions provided during registration.

Outstanding Event Fees

All unpaid balances must be settled before the participant may register for or attend additional AOJ activities.

Repeated Non-Payment

Failure to pay confirmed event fees may result in temporary suspension from future AOJ events.

By proceeding with an event registration, you confirm that you have read and accepted this cancellation, refund and payment policy.

Official Request

Submit a Cancellation Request

Use this form to request cancellation of an existing AOJ event booking. Requests sent through other channels may not be recorded or accepted.

Use Your Booking Details Enter the same name and email address used when registering.

Identify the Event Provide the event name and date so the booking can be located.

Await Confirmation A cancellation is not final until AOJ has confirmed that the request was processed.
