This December at SGF BEAM we invite you to an exclusive private airsoft game featuring a variety of terrains and tactical challenges. This expansive field, divided into three engaging zones, ensures ample space for up to 50 players, making it a must-attend event for airsoft enthusiasts.

PAYMENT

• Prepayment Options:
  While prepayment isn’t mandatory for elite members, paying in advance saves time and ensures a smoother check-in process.

Prepaying allows the organizers to focus on facilitating gameplay and preparations, ensuring you spend more time on the field and we spend less time chasing people for payment.

SCHEDULE

08:30	Pick up	Pickup at Keisei Shisui Station, West Exit rotary.
09:00	Check in	Check in and pay fees (if not paid on the homepage in advance)
09:30	Morning briefing & Training	Experienced attendees will go through the morning briefing New players will go through training and a briefing with the AOJ trainer
10:00	Morning Games	Morning games will be more active and simple
12:00	Lunch	Bring your own food or order from the field
12:45	Afternoon Games	Afternoon games will be more complex and feature tactical operations
16:00	Games End	Games will aim to finish by 16:00
16:30	Drop off	Please make sure you are ready for drop off
17:00	Field Closes	Those coming by car must vacate the premises by this time.

Please note, if you miss pickup or dropoff and the field cannot get you, you will need to take a taxi.

AM Games (10:00 – 12:00)

1. Team Deathmatch

PM Games (13:00 – 16:00)

1. Black Hawk Down

3. Hostage Rescue

What to Bring?

• Weapons: Any type is allowed. The field accommodates CQB and ranged battles.
• Radios: Strongly recommended for team communication during complex missions.
  • Blue Team Channel: 5
  • Red Team Channel: 10
  • Admin Channel: 15

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellation Timeline:

• Up to 14 Days Before: Cancel via the “My Bookings” page for a full refund (less handling fees).
• Within 14 Days: 50% of the booking fee is charged.
• Within 7 Days: Full fee required.

For prepaid participants, refunds are possible if cancellations occur more than 7 days in advance, minus handling charges. If fees remain unpaid, further bookings will be suspended until outstanding balances are cleared.
