SGF BEAM Charter Game
Join us at SGF BEAM for a private game in a semi urban and forest area featuring various buildings, a CQB area, and more.
The field is actually 3 zones we have booked and the field promises it will be large enough to accomodate 50 players.
PAYMENT
While prepayment is not mandatory for elite members and regular attendees, given that the time in the morning is short for setting up, this can often be negated if people pay in advance as we only need to quickly tick a list of attendees for the field rather than people lining up to pay and us having to chase people to collect fees.

By train
Pickup will be at Keisei Shisui Stations’ West Exit rotary at 08:30
By car
Please arrive at the field from 08:30
SCHEDULE
Game modes will include bomb games, spy games, free-for-all games, juggernaut games, lite MilSim games and more.

Please note, if you miss pickup or dropoff and the field cannot get you, you will need to take a taxi.
PLANNED GAMES
Game modes will be longer than usual and hopefully breaks between games will be shorter.
Games will use domination timers, bomb vests, code breaker devices, suitcase bombs and a complex bomb requiring tools to open it up, disconnect wires, enter a passcode and more.

What to Bring?
Any weapon is fine, some areas of the field are CQB based while others are more ranged.
Radios are recommended for some of the games, the MilSim game in particular.

Cancellations
Cancellation can be done on the My Bookings page of the website up until 14 days before the event date.
After this any cancellation will require payment if not already paid.
- Within 14 days – 50% of booking fee
- Within 7 days – 100% of booking fee
Those that have already paid will be refunded if cancellation is made up until 7 days from the event date.
(Refunds will incur a handling charge that will be covered by the recipient)
If prepayment has not been selected and a fee is necessary, further bookings will be suspended until fees are paid.
