Cancellation Timeline
Please note that cancellations will not be accepted by mesaging on social media platforms or personally messaging event organisers.
- Cancellations made 8-14 days before the event date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date: Non-refundable
- All refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Payment Requirements
Failure to pay event fees may result in suspension from future events. All outstanding balances must be settled before participating in additional activities.
