While prepayment isn’t mandatory for elite members, paying in advance saves time and ensures a smoother check-in process.
Prepaying allows the organizers to focus on facilitating gameplay and preparations, ensuring you spend more time on the field and we spend less time chasing people for payment.

Please note, if you miss pickup or dropoff and the field cannot get you, you will need to take a taxi.

What to Bring?
- Weapons: Any type is allowed. The field accommodates CQB and ranged battles.
- Radios: Strongly recommended for team communication during complex missions.
- Blue Team Channel: 5
- Red Team Channel: 10
- Admin Channel: 15
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellation Timeline:
- Up to 14 Days Before: Cancel via the “My Bookings” page for a full refund (less handling fees).
- Within 14 Days: 50% of the booking fee is charged.
- Within 7 Days: Full fee required.
For prepaid participants, refunds are possible if cancellations occur more than 7 days in advance, minus handling charges. If fees remain unpaid, further bookings will be suspended until outstanding balances are cleared.
