TEAM PROFILE

The heroes of the operation

Task Force Onyx is regarded as the heroic force within AOJ operations. Its members are commonly assigned missions involving civilian protection, defensive operations, intelligence recovery, hostage rescue and the containment of hostile factions.

Onyx is not designed around reckless charges or independent action. The team succeeds through communication, discipline and coordinated movement. Every player is expected to understand the mission, remain connected to their unit and support the wider operational plan.

Every player has a role. Every movement has a purpose. Victory belongs to the team that remains organised when the situation begins to collapse.

GAMEPLAY STYLE

Structured light-milsim

Task Force Onyx usually operates under a stricter light-milsim ruleset. Games may include defined squad roles, command structures, medic systems, ammunition limits, mission-specific equipment restrictions and objectives that require several units to work together.

Communication and cohesion are essential. Players may be required to hold defensive lines, escort key personnel, secure strategic locations, conduct patrols or recover intelligence while maintaining control of the wider battlefield.

01

Teamwork

Players operate as part of a coordinated unit rather than fighting as isolated individuals.

02

Discipline

Members are expected to follow mission instructions, maintain formation and support command decisions.

03

Cohesion

The team advances, defends and adapts together, keeping communication active throughout the operation.

04

Objectives

Success is measured by mission completion, not simply by the number of opposing players eliminated.

03

FIELD IDENTITY

Multicam and forest colours

Task Force Onyx commonly wears Multicam and other forest-compatible colours designed to blend into woodland and mixed outdoor environments. Members usually deploy in full tactical gear, reinforcing the team’s organised and professional field presence.

Typical equipment includes tactical clothing, plate carriers or load-bearing rigs, helmets, radios, hydration systems and mission-appropriate primary weapons. Exact equipment requirements may vary between events, but players should aim for a practical and coordinated appearance.
