We will be trying out Beam again and this time with optional camping!
- Saturday 26th April – B & C field games and camp on the field afterwards
- Sunday 27th April – D field games
Earlybird Discount
Until 23:45 on 25th March, people who books two games can get ¥500 off the ticket price. In addition, if you book camping too, you can get another ¥500 off.
Optional Camp
Camping is available, but please be aware that you need to bring your own tent and equipment.
Facilities include:
- 2x Showers (with hot water)
- ¥ 200 per use
- ¥350 for small rental towel and shampoo
- Toilets
- Changing Rooms
- Microwave
- Hot water (for tea, coffee, instant foods etc)
- Power outlets (for charging)
For those that want to try to rough it, you can bring just a sleeping bag and a tarp and set up anywhere on the field or even in the rest area.
Camp Rules
- The field does not allow night games
- Camp fires and BBQ’s should be done in the designated area next to the field.
Lunch Options
The field can prepare curry on the day, please order by 10:00 on the day.
BBQ Option
If you want to add a BBQ to your camping plan you can either rent the use of a shared BBQ or bring your own. The choice is yours.
Please note if you want to bring your own grill to use, please purchase any wood or charcoal you need from the site.
