Become an Event Oganiser

If you want to host your own airsoft or outdoor events in Japan this is the place for you.

Eliter Members and Organisers can organise and manage their own event under the AOJ platform.

To eliminate spam and distrust with unknown members, these ability is only available to paid members.
If you regularly attend our games, you can become an elite member. Becoming an elite member gives you discounts on games managed by us. You’ll also get the ability to host your own events.

If you do not attend our events, you can register as an organiser. This will give you access to the event management platform. You can then begin managing your own events.

Event organisers & Elite Members can:

• Create events
• Create event locations
• Manage bookings & attendance
• Use the AOJ website as a hub for events & activities

While we started as an airsoft community, there has been must interest in more activities related to the outdoors and social aspects. We will allow events that are focused to outdoor activities and airsoft to be posted.

Accepted Events:

• Airsoft & anything airsoft related
• Hiking
• Camping
• Bushcraft
• Bike Rides
• ATV Riding
• Social Meetups (Hanami, fireworks, picnics etc)
