The Vest Game Details
The game starts with the Defense Team positioned at two locations chosen by the Defence Team leader, preparing their defenses and strategizing to keep the hostage secure as well as the cache (with the disarm sequence) at another location. The Rescue Team begins at the field entrance, with their goal being to locate, secure, and use the cache to disarm the bomb and extract the hostage.
Once the Rescue Team launches their operation, they must move strategically to traverse the field and locate the cache and hostage without taking significant losses or using up their bandages.
The Defense Team, meanwhile, will attempt to hold their ground and prevent the cache being taken and the extraction by setting up choke points and strategic placement. The game ends if the bomb is disarmed and the hostage is successfully extracted by the Rescue Team, or if the Defense Team prevents the extraction until the time limit and the bomb detonates.
The Vest - Key Game Mechanics
Rescue Team starts and finishes at the field exit.
Defence Team must split up to protect the disarm sequence (inside a cache) and the hostage. But they cannot be at the same location.
Defence Team can start 5 minutes before the Rescue Team to secure a location.
Hostage can be moved and used as a shield.
