Welcome to our event hub, where we frequently host private airsoft field charters (kashikiri games) and special events. Upcoming games and events will be listed on this page and across our social media platforms. Support our Community

As a volunteer-driven, non-profit community, AOJ welcomes donations, though they are not required. Contributions help cover expenses such as prop creation and purchase, event hosting fees, website maintenance, and upkeep of equipment. Your support ensures we can continue to offer exceptional experiences for all members.

Survival Game Field BEAM

Experience the thrill of airsoft games and optional camping at Beam on April 26-27. Enjoy B & C field games on Saturday, followed by an overnight camp on the field. Sunday brings D field games, ensuring a packed weekend of action. Take advantage of our early bird discount by booking two games and camping for a total of ¥1,000 off. Facilities include showers, toilets, and power outlets, but remember to bring your own tent and equipment. Camp fires and BBQs are allowed in designated areas. Cancellations
AOJ Event FAQ

If you wish to cancel attendance to an event, please go to My Bookings. Then select the action button to cancel.

For chartered games, at least 14 days notice is required to cancel if suitable notice is not given, members will still be counted as attending at the field and their fees must still be paid.

Cancellation Fees for all events are calculated as below

More than 14 days until event – FREE

14 days until event – 50% of all booked fees

7 days until event – 100% of all booked fees

Can new players join?

While some events can be more complicated than others, we welcome new players.
All new players will get personalised training, can rent equipment and participate in every game.

What do you do in charter games?

Charter games are all hosted in English and offers a unique variety of game modes and use of props no other field or community has. We have translators that can translate to Japanese as well as a unique briefing system usual visual aids to make explanations easier.
Unlike regular games, we do not keep playing the same game modes throughout the day and each month. Our games are tailored to fields, players and offer a fun and interesting mix of gameplay experiences.

Do members ever get rejected from attending events after booking?

Not yet. Generally there is no real reason to deny attendance for games and activities we host. If we do deny a booking it would be for the following reasons.

Non-Payment: All regular members and guests must pay in advance. Non-payment would result in a booking request being denied.
Unpaid Invoice: Not paying cancellation fees if cancelling within 14 days of an event by the deadline.
Complaints: Multiple complaints against a member for poor behaviour, cheating, illegal activity or other issues.

How long does an event take to organise?

This depends on the event, but the time would be at least 15 hours of planning and organisation for a simple event and up to 100 hours for more complex events.

Why do charter games cost more than regular games?

Unlike regular games, a charter (貸切 – kashikiri) game has more operational costs. We use high quality props, our own game materials, rent a vehicle to transport everything, have a storage locker for everything, a homepage to manage and payments to fields (often in advance) to arrange as well as a lot of preparation work for games. In order to make hosting games sustainable, we add operational costs to ticket prices to offset Mirage and Nineteen’s costs individual costs and keep event hosting sustainable long term.

Do the leaders profit from events?

In short. No. We gain no financial income from our events.
All income is utilised for events, website management, operational fees, prop creation and maintenance, car rentals and other expenses. Any leftover income is used for upcoming events.

In the past, profits have been used to upgrade the homepage, make patches, negotiate deals with fields, purchase rental guns, purchase props and equipment to make game day much more smooth for everyone.
