If we reach 30 or more people we can consider a private charter. But this would need to be fully booked at least 3 weeks in advance.

This event will be self-managed. Meaning AOJ will not be managing the event, so you are expected to be able to manage yourself at the field as management cannot confirm they will be in attendance.
