Here is what we will plan for October.

We will host a series of games with improved game modes, upgraded and new props. Games will finish around 16:00 and the field will remain open until 17:00 for those itching for some photoshoots, target practice or friendly battles.

There will be various options for attendees and they will be broken down based on what you are interested in more.

Saturday Game
The Saturday Games will focus more on active games and more simplified. There will be a mix of fortress games, medic games, rescue games, bomb games and a zombie horde game for everyone to enjoy.
Games will be from 10:00 – 16:00 and then if you want you can join the BBQ afterwards
Game Fee: ¥4,000
Please note, pickup will be from 17:00, so if you are not camping and join the BBQ, you will need to find your own way back to the station.

Saturday Night Game
From 18:00 – 20:00 we will host a special game plan for up to 16 participants. The games will be more tactical and focused more to stealth and tactics rather than run and gun.
Game Fee: ¥1,000
Please note, this is only available to those camping on Saturday night.
In addition, you must bring your own equipment, no rentals will be available for night games.

Sunday Game
Sunday games will be more tactical and utilise some new code breaker devices. You can expect games to focus on different types of bombs, searching for caches using our new code breaker devices, as well as thwarting a spy's plan in Domination and finally a game mode we are very excited about, Final Countdown.
You can participate in the game from 10:00 – 16:30 with drop off beginning from 17:00.

BBQ
We will organise BBQ grills, charcoal, bonfire, wood, cool boxes, plates, chopsticks, knives and cups. You bring what you want to eat and drink.
BBQ Fee: ¥500 each

Camping Options
Enjoy an afternoon game, a friendly BBQ and then relax and socialise before settling down in either a large industrial 20 person shelter (think military barracks) or bring/rent a tent and camp at the campground. Either way, you just need to bring a sleeping bag, or rent one.
Shared Tent Fee: ¥3,000 (No tent needed)
Campsite Fee: ¥4,000 (Bring your own tent)

If you wish to drink alcohol, please remember that you should do so when the games have finished and not during or between them. Intoxicated members cannot participate in games.

The capacity for this ticket will be set to 10 persons for the shared tent and 20 persons for the campsite.
Camping
There are two options for accommodation:

If you stay in the shared tent.nYou will be sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag. You will need to pay 3,000 yen for accommodation to AOJ. n*If you don't have a sleeping bag or simply don't want to bring your own, you can rent one from the campsite, or AOJ will rent one for 700 yen on a first-come, first-served basis.n*There are various other rental options at the campsite, but you will be responsible for making your own arrangements for items other than bedding.n

If you stay in the campsite.nIf you would like to set up a tent separately, you can bring your own or rent one from the campsite and set it up at the campsite.

Just to confirm, regarding rental arrangements, AOJ will be in charge of the main reservation process such as arranging the areas and sleeping bags and floor mats only if you are staying in a shared tent as described in ①.
If you are not staying in a shared tent as described in ②, we cannot individually manage the rental of additional equipment, so please make your own arrangements directly from the campsite.

We have confirmed the prices with the owner, while lowering costs as well as organising a shared sleeping space or campsite for those that do not want to commute back at night.
